Belleruche translates to beautiful beehive, a name taking inspiration from the bees & their hives which are plentiful in the M. Chapoutier vineyards. Michel Chapoutier has followed biodynamic practices since 1991.
Notes of fennel, cherry, apricot, grapefruit, exotic fruits, and flowers dance on the palate that is a perfect balance of fruity, delicate roundness and bright freshness.
Pair with grilled or roasted white meats, soft cheeses, fish, shellfish, and salads. Also perfect with grilled salmon or seared tuna.
