Our German-style Pilsner, brewed with 100% Maine grown Pilsner malt. Fermented with our house lager yeast and conditioned at near freezing temperatures in a traditional horizontal vessel for 5 weeks.

Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Saaz hops.
